Richard’s practice focuses on Representations and Warranties / Warranty and Indemnity, Tax Liability and Legal Contingent Risk Insurance. He has a particular interest in emerging markets M&A, and boundary-pushing applications of Tax and Legal Contingent Risk Insurance.
Richard also has experience with End of Fund Life, Intellectual Property, Title, and Carbon Credit Insurance.
Richard began his career as a corporate solicitor – first in private practice, and then in-house. He transitioned into Transactional Risks insurance in 2019, gaining experience at two large brokers before joining the Oneglobal team.
